In the Shadows V | The Incense In the Tabernacle, the Altar of Incense was where the priest offered a sweet-smelling aroma up to God. The smell of smoke covered the priest, and there was no question he had been in the presence of God. Today, prayer is our incense. We should pray and spend enough time with God that others "smell" Him on us!
