We partner with CarePortal as a way to love our neighbors and care for vulnerable children and families in our community. When needs are shared through the CarePortal network, our church can step in with tangible support and compassionate follow-through, putting the hands and feet of Jesus into action.

From organizing play dates and running concessions at school events to leading fundraising efforts and helping with meal distribution for students in need, our church is committed to investing in the well-being and success of every child in our community. Service and Compassion
LIFT is an outreach ministry of Connection Point Church focused on serving local families and communities through practical care and the love of Jesus. Powered by volunteers from multiple churches, we partner with organizations like CarePortal and Convoy of Hope, along with schools across three counties, to meet real needs through food deliveries, school support initiatives, home repairs, wheelchair ramps, and community outreach projects.
LIFT also provides disaster response and recovery support during storms and emergencies, helping families rebuild with compassion and hope.
Everything we do is centered on one mission: helping people take one step closer to Jesus through service, generosity, and relationships.
