All About The Hybrid Program

The Hybrid Program is a condensed version of the Ministry Leadership Program—it offers flexibility. It blends online learning with on-campus ministry training. Designed for individuals who desire to learn independently and need more freedom with their schedules, the Hybrid program delivers Biblical and leadership instruction via podcast alongside in-person ministry training and mentor relationships. This unique program will expand your leadership capabilities, helping you grow closer to God and impact the world around you for His Kingdom.

What You Need To Know

The CPC Internship will help prepare you for the next steps in ministry through a year of focused training, spiritual growth, and intentional leadership opportunities. Interns will work alongside ministry leaders who act as teachers, coaches, and mentors. We strive to produce Kingdom-minded leaders by equipping individuals to fulfill the three central values of the church: Connect, Grow, Go.

What To Expect

You will grow personally, spiritually and professionally all while being encouraged to discover and develop your gifts to the fullest. Through the CPLC program, interns will get to experience all aspects of ministry and the day-to-day functions of the church as a whole. We will help you pursue and fully uncover your God-given gifts and talents, work to develop those fully, and devote them to a lifetime of learning, serving and honoring God. You will thrive in an atmosphere that will provide structure and stimulate you mentally and spiritually.

Take a step of faith!
