Develop as a Disciple.
Lead with Purpose.

Connection Point Leadership College (CPLC) is a 9-month ministry leadership internship designed to equip emerging leaders through hands-on ministry experience, biblical training, intentional discipleship, and personal mentorship.

Whether you’re exploring a call to vocational ministry or simply want to grow as a leader in the local church, CPLC provides practical training that prepares you to faithfully serve wherever God leads.

More Than an Internship

At Connection Point Church, we believe leadership is developed through experience, discipleship, and faithful service.

Throughout the year, interns serve alongside experienced pastors and ministry leaders while deepening their understanding of Scripture, strengthening their leadership skills, and gaining practical ministry experience. Every aspect of the program is designed to help you become a mature follower of Christ, prepared to make disciples and to lead with humility and purpose.
