Connection Point Leadership College (CPLC) is a 9-month ministry leadership internship designed to equip emerging leaders through hands-on ministry experience, biblical training, intentional discipleship, and personal mentorship.

Throughout the year, interns serve alongside experienced pastors and ministry leaders while deepening their understanding of Scripture, strengthening their leadership skills, and gaining practical ministry experience. Every aspect of the program is designed to help you become a mature follower of Christ, prepared to make disciples and to lead with humility and purpose.

CPLC follows a four-phase development model that equips interns with increasing levels of responsibility throughout the year.

Learn by watching experienced ministry leaders and gaining an understanding of ministry systems, culture, and philosophy.

Begin serving alongside ministry leaders while assisting with projects, planning, and ministry responsibilities.

Guided Practice

Take ownership of ministry responsibilities while receiving coaching, evaluation, and encouragement.

Leadership

Serve independently with confidence as you complete a capstone ministry project that demonstrates growth and readiness for future leadership.
